Integration Broker for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a practical, ready-to-use app designed to simplify integrations and make them measurable, controllable, and repeatable—without turning daily operations into an IT project.
With Integration Broker you can model every integration scenario as an Actor (your connector, partner, or system endpoint) and execute it through Operations (the actual run, with input/output and status). This structure makes even complex landscapes easier to understand and maintain: responsibilities are clearer, configurations are centralized, and every execution is traceable.
A built-in Dashboard gives teams immediate visibility into what’s happening: key indicators, quick access to the main areas of the app, and a straightforward way to spot issues early. When something goes wrong, Integration Broker helps you standardize error management through configurable Error Codes, making troubleshooting faster and reporting more consistent across environments and projects.
Integration Broker also supports different execution modes. You can run activities manually from the UI when you need control, or automate them with background execution (Job Queue) to keep processes running reliably in scheduled or high-volume scenarios. For API-driven architectures, the API Gateway enables external systems to trigger operations and pass parameters, supporting modern integration patterns while keeping Business Central in control.
For more advanced orchestration, Workflows allow you to define rules and responses that automatically create or start operations when specific conditions occur—enabling event-driven behaviors and reducing manual intervention.
